2. Terms of Service
ND360 Hub provides a visibility-focused platform for aligned professionals. The platform does not guarantee leads, bookings, or a return on investment. As a service provider, you are required to provide accurate and honest information, act ethically, and submit only content that you have the rights to use. ND360 Hub retains the right to review, edit, remove, or reject any listings or content. Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at any time if the terms are breached.
3. Cancellation Policy
All service providers are enrolled on a rolling annual subscription basis. To cancel a subscription, you must provide a minimum of thirty days' written notice before your renewal date. There are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions. If a cancellation is processed, you must wait a minimum of six months before reapplying. ND360 Hub reserves the right to cancel any subscription at any time if the provider is found to be in breach of platform standards.
4. Privacy Policy
ND360 Hub collects a range of personal and professional data when you register or interact with the platform. This may include your contact information, business details, profile content, and submitted materials. Your data is used to create your provider listing, communicate updates, promote content, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. Your personal information is not sold or rented and is stored securely in line with UK GDPR regulations. Personal data is retained for up to ninety days after cancellation, after which it is either anonymised or securely deleted.
5. Content Policy
Content submitted to ND360 Hub, excluding your personal profile, becomes the property of the platform upon submission. This includes blog posts, promotional materials, interviews, and resources. ND360 Hub may edit, repurpose, or use your content for editorial and promotional purposes indefinitely. You must ensure that submitted content is your original work or that you have the rights to share it. ND360 Hub is not obligated to publish any submitted content and may decline submissions at its discretion.
6. Community Guidelines
As a member of the ND360 Hub platform, you are expected to act with honesty, kindness, and respect. You must not use the platform to send unsolicited messages or aggressively promote your services. All submitted content must meet professional standards and align with the platform's values. Misrepresentation of your affiliation with ND360 Hub is not allowed. Breaching these guidelines may result in your removal from the platform without refund.
7. Ethical Code of Practice
All service providers are required to affirm that neurodivergence is a natural part of human diversity and commit to using respectful, strengths-based approaches. Providers must give clients clear, accessible information and obtain informed consent. Safeguarding policies must be followed, and relevant credentials and insurances must be maintained. Providers are expected to uphold transparency in their qualifications, maintain boundaries, and operate with integrity. You must collaborate respectfully with others and refer clients when appropriate. Continuous professional development and reflective practice are expected. Any failure to uphold these principles may result in removal from the ND360 Hub platform.
8. Culture Statement
ND360 Hub is built on the principles of ethical practice, honest visibility, and collaborative community. Integrity, respect, and accountability are central to every interaction. Visibility is earned through alignment, not paid exposure. Providers must demonstrate these values and contribute positively to the wider ecosystem.
9. Badge Terms of Use
The ND360 Hub badge may only be displayed by current, approved service providers. It may be shown on your website, email footer, or other professional materials, and should link back to your public listing. The badge must not be altered, misused, or shared with others. It must be removed within seven days if your listing is cancelled or suspended. Misuse may lead to removal from the platform or legal action.
10. Definition of Service Provider
A service provider is defined as any individual or organisation that offers professional services, coaching, education, or support via ND360 Hub. This also includes those submitting content or offering physical or digital products for visibility. All providers are independent and not employed by or commercially represented by ND360 Hub.
